Premium Prime Beef
Fleming's prides itself on providing the highest quality corn-fed USDA prime grade beef for its customers. To enhance flavor, meat is aged for around four weeks. Each slice of beef is custom cut daily and then broiled to perfection at 1600 degrees. This method of preparation helps seal in the juices and provides a robust and delicious flavor. Popular cuts include Filet Mignon, Rib-Eye, Bone-in Rib-Eye and New York Strip. Let's not forget their signature dish - the Beef Flemington. This includes a fresh filet embodied in a puffy pastry and topped with madeira sauce and mushroom duxelle.

Unlike most steakhouses, Fleming's has an extensive selection of dishes for those looking to enjoy something other than red meat. For seafood lovers there's Australian Lobster Tails, seared scallops and Alaskan King Crab Legs. For a delectable dollop of something else there are veal chops, pork chops, Australian lamp chops and double breasted chicken baked in mushroom shallot.
For parties of six or more, Fleming's offers "Discovery Dinners." Guests choose from a selection of three four-course meals, and get to take home a pair of souvenir wine glasses.
