The Caliente Tropics has unique indoor and outdoor meetings space available for group and corporate events. We can accommodate indoor meetings and events in our Business Room for parties up to 40 people. We can also accommodate up to 120 people in a reception format in our lovely lobby and reception area. For groups looking to hold your event outdoors to take advantage of the wonderful Palm Springs weather we can accommodate open air outdoor settings as well as tents of almost any size with or without air conditioning for parties up to 250. With the convenient on-site conference and event space our guests stay in luxury in our unique tropical environment whether you are visiting for business or pleasure.

Just 2.3 miles north of Caliente, the Palm Springs Convention Center is a mere five-minute drive. In 2005, the convention center reopened with an exciting reveal after a $3.2 million renovation, making this gigantic center over 261,000 square feet in total. Over 112,000 square feet of that space is dedicated to exhibit space, with 19 separate rooms and a 20,000 square foot ballroom. The lobby alone offers scenic views of the surrounding mountains, and the outdoor event area provides panoramic mountain views with dining and reception areas as well. Our base Meeting Space Rates are listed below and include only the space and not any equipment, food or set up. We do not provide any food or equipment, but will coordinate your needs with local equipment and catering companies who are skilled at putting together world class meetings and events.
