The tropics RETREAT is operated by Benjamin and Janae Ellis, a husband and wife team in Palm Springs, California with 28 years combined experience in the spa industry.
Benjamin has practiced massage therapy in the Palm Springs area for 10 years and has extensive knowledge in bodywork techniques while continuing to extend his education with different classes in the massage field.
Janae has practiced cosmetology for 18 years. Skincare is her particular expertise and her facials are compared to no other, having been told by world travelers her facials are the best they have experienced.

The tropics RETREAT must be notified of any change or cancellation of scheduled services at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the scheduled appointment. If you require rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate you.
